Is it important to walk barefoot?

Well, the answer is yes. Walking barefoot without footwear has many advantages. Whether it is related to your physical or mental health. It connects us directly to nature. Research and many studies found it can ease pain and stress. It improves our sleep, energy level, blood flow, balance, and proprioception. Running barefoot activates the muscles of our feet, ankle and hip and is responsible for better balance and coordination.

Everything in our life we want free. So, why not our feet. In the lock down period we were inside our home for more than 6 months. We all had become so irritated. Similarly we keep our foot inside a shoe and our feet feel irritated and may create a lot more problems. There are almost 25% bones in feet. Making our feet free from shoes have many advantages. It strengthens the leg muscles and results in better support of the lower back. In future you never suffer from the back problem if walking barefoot.

Everyday we should walk for a minimum 45 mins barefoot in the grass. The morning time is the best. In the morning at least walk half an hour, this will make you feel fresh and energetic the whole day. The cold wet grasses will reach to your internal and maintain your internal performance better. An evening walk for 15 mins. After working the whole day we should relax by walking on the ground.

Many people are very busy in their work, children in their studies, moms in their house work. But can’t we give just 45 mins to our body. The youngsters spend more than 2.5 hours a day online just by swiping up meme pages. They wake up the whole night only for watching movies, series and many more. This is affecting their body so much which they cannot see now but in the upcoming years. They will start suffering from the problems that their parents are suffering now. This is all because they wake up all night and watch the screen of the laptops, mobiles, tabs, and many more.

Barefoot walking regularly for 1 to 2 months increases the vision of our eyes. Many people wear glasses in their very early age. This will remove your glasses. In summers we suffer a lot with the glasses and in winters too. Most of us want to remove our glasses but don’t know what to do. This is the easiest way to remove your glasses. Many of you would be thinking that it’s just a write up but trust me i have tried it and i got successful in this. All you should do is have patience for a month.

When our feet are inside our shoes they can’t move as they want,which stops the working of muscles. It results in pain in our lower back and it may cause a big problem in future. Walking barefoot can reduce joint injuries as ground touches the feet directly and activates the muscles of feet. This also increases better blood flow and prevents many big diseases of foot.

If such a small thing can give you so many advantages and the best part is without investing money but obviously time. This investment would be the best investment for your whole life. I think everyone should try this: make your feet free from shoes for at least 45 mins a day. Let our feet relax as your whole body.
